Tread Marks

Armor has been a hobby of mine since my teen years. It grew out of two other interests, military history and board games (stuff like Panzerblitz and Third Reich, among others). There is something about these metal monsters that I just find fascinating; I can spend hours pouring over the detailed statistics of them, comparing the various types (maybe it's just the grognard in me). Kindred spirit or just curious, all are welcome.

03/05 - Done, the updates to the back side of the pages is done and uploaded, there are still some formatting issues to make thing look pretty, but functionally the work is done, added a few new tanks while I was at it, many, many more to come, and I'm working on images

03/01 - Almost done with the changes, they will be posted this month, hopefully sooner rather than later

Affiliate disclaimer:
This site like many others offers links that allow you to purchase merchandise through various commercial sites like Amazon.com and Allposters.com. I know, we all hate the ads that show up on the web; things like pop-ups and banners can eat bandwidth and time as they download and are just plain intrusive. I won't whine to you about how I provide a service with this site at a cost in time and money; in reality I wouldn't do this if I didn't get some enjoyment out of it. Affiliate links try to minimize the commercial aspects, they provide links to items that site visitors might be interested in buying, without the intrusiveness. I suggest that you pick a site (this one or another) that provides a link to places like Amazon and use the general link on the home page to get to Amazon (or where ever), the prices are the same and you provide the site builder with some support and extra incentive to keep the site up-to-date, and maybe even the means to upgrade the site with new features, like a dedicated domain name, upgraded hosting or *gasp* maybe even a dedicated server of their own (my wife would just love that, [vbeg]).
